Question

Is anyone else having issues with their WiFi/Internet? I have xfinity and am having so many issues working from home the past couple of weeks. It keeps kicking me out of my TEAMs/Skype meetings. At first I thought it was maybe just in my basement but now it also seems to be happening with my TV upstairs (close to router). I’ve restarted it numerous times. Wondering if it’s just me and I need to upgrade my internet package? Or try a new router? Or if it’s a widespread issue due to so many people being home. I worry if I call xfinity they are just going to try to sell me something versus help me. Thanks!

I just told my husband same thing today. We been having issues with their internet and we have the highest speed and, although router seems to be workibg we restarted it to make sure and still no connection. Its like it comes and goes.

Ours has been going in and out often too. I have Wow though. We never had issues before the stay at home order.

Yep all day long my son can’t do learning or myself play some of my games that stupid round wheel spinning arghhh ! Got a hotspot from the school same crap .

My husband works from home and he’s connected to the router via Ethernet and he says it lags at times. I don’t even try to use my WiFi connection on my phone cause it’s the worst. Xfinity Comcast.

We had this same problem and had a tech come out and turned out a squirrel had chewed our wire from the pole to our house and we needed a whole new one put up.
