My kids both have birthdays at the end of the month. We wanted to do a combined birthday parade. I've heard other surrounding areas are letting police and/or fire departments join the parades! Is DP participating in this?

They came by for my son's 3rd birthday. They just drove by with lights and said happy birthday to him over their speakers and drive on. I emailed the chief of police, his email address is on their website. If they can do it, they will. If not, then they won't
