Question

Anybody else with kids at AMT (mother's touch) - they are still closed, right? Theit last email was about being closed until May 1st. I was expecting another email to extend to May 30th with the stay at home order, but that never came. I'm just worried if they did open and we misinterpreted, that we would be stuck with a bill. Are we to assume all daycares stay closed with this order?

Yes! They're still closed. We received an email on 4/28 about the update-closed through 5/31.

They are coming from Rachel now, and not Kelly. Maybe they’re working off of different distribution lists?

@fetishist they must be. I'll have to email them to get back on the list. We need to catch them anyway to find out about transition. My daughter would have moved to toddlers in April, so not sure where she will go now that it's been so long

@tensimeter75 We’re in the same boat. Our daughter was supposed to move up to Twos in April. It’s going to be a rough transition back for all of our kiddos, I think. although I’m beyond ready. Good luck!

@fetishist same! Lol I'm a little bummed she hasn't started yet bc I was hoping having to nap on a cot at daycare would prep her for a toddler bed at home. Without watching all the other kids doing it though, at home she is like. Nah, can't sleep, won't sleep .

Some may be open, but only to essential workers. In this case, you likely wouldn’t be charged because unless a parent/guardian is essential, you can’t take the kids in.
