I see a lot of people referencing having a specific FB account rep. I was wondering how you get a FB account rep? Are you assigned one after a certain amount of spend on your ad account or can you request one?

I think it‘s a certain amount in spend and they‘ll contact you.

It is not just spend. Account Managers are assigned based on a lot of different factors, such as type of business, type of campaigns used, utilization of Facebook platform, policy compliance, payment history and other. There is no way to request it.  
The Facebook Ads Group is where you can always find questions, answers, advice, reviews & recommendations from other community members about running Facebook and Instagram advertising and marketing campaigns.
