What CPMs are you seeing? What size audience?

Most of my CPMs doubled today from about $15-20 to $40

Have you checked your Customer Feedback Scoring? CPM could shot up overnight if the scoring is lower than 2 out of 5. Good luck there.

Looks like my page has no violations. I'm thinking its just because its President's day weekend and I am competing with bigger players in the market for ad space
