There are a few ad platforms like Madgicx, Adespresso etc, however, I feel that you need to have a really deep understanding on Facebook Ads Manager before going into a third party platform.

Another vote for FB Ads Manager. The only third party software we use is Reveal - we are a small-ish agency managing approx 4mil in adspend/year. We also use Supermetrics for reporting.

They dont even have the same functionality. advertsuite is an ad spy tool
