I have a client with very small maximum audience sizes (roughly 10, 000 for one and 70, 000 for another), what things would you do differently to still get decent results (enquiries/form fills)? I've heard of people increasing the size using expanded reach and optimising for impressions in the first instance to qualify and give facebook data before manually cutting the audience down, but am curious on any other strategies that have worked.
