Anyone who thinks that’s a “douche” statement is using their douche wrong. Following and learning from @widescreen has been one of my best Facebook moves.

Target the fanpages and interest vegans like.

@zoom7009 great idea. Deep dive would be to target PETA for a start. Just don’t narrow it to that. Maybe one audience, or a few.

@epiclesis679 ? Same what?

@epiclesis679 how so? Apparently, it's not if she's not currently familiar with how to go about it. I answered her question that she could target those segments and gave her direction on how to do it. A quick google search would give her all the info she needs. Are you saying I also need to provide links and guide her through doing it to have my answer be helpful? The other person below told her to "simply google the words" and you loved that response? And I didn't see you posting any help or resources, just policing other people's responses - don't be a dick

@epiclesis679 Shut up - you contribute nothing

Simply google the words “facebook interest audiences” and you’ll find all the answers you need.

Targeting can be learned for anything. You can't wish it from those who don't know the niche.

Yes that is easy! Target pages that vegans go to target vegan brands etc

There are more targeting opportunities than that to build laser focus.

@widescreen she asked if she could target vegans, so I gave her some good suggestions to start
by (6.9k points)
Yes, it is a good start based on the question

One of my favorites is to create a video that focuses on the narrowed niche. Target broad like Whole foods, then only do the real spend on the resulting audience.

@widescreen and segment audiences, let’s not sit on one though
by (6.9k points)
I pretty much invented this long ago, I was being simplistic as she doesn't know the true art of building niche audiences.

@widescreen I feel like I’m pretty good at targeting, but you have piqued my interest sir! You have any posts you’ve made on targeting?

If tim has not deleted they are in units and I have preached my thing in here for 5 years. I was an admin at one time. Many can tell ya about my targeting methods.

We actually had to exclude vegans from all of our audiences. You can target the "animal rights" interest and that covers a lot of vegans.
