Question

Has Facebook Business Support ghosted anyone else? My agency manages 20+ clients in Business Manager and thousands of dollars of recurring ad spend. But no matter what I try, I cannot contact Facebook support to ask a question. I keep getting directed to , but there is no chat or email option. It is apparently impossible for me to contact Facebook support right now. I searched for existing posts on this topic in this group, but couldn't find any good advice. Am I unusual, or are other agencies dealing with this?

From what I understand it might be regional. They must be rolling out some updates and screwed that side in certain regions. I'm in Aus and have the option to email but friends in other parts of world do not.

Is anyone from your employees have that option? Unfortunately not everyone has that option now. Facebook is taking it back. To me is super random who has that option and who doesnt.

@appalachian61033 No its not just you. I dont have that option either. FB goal is to automate everything including their support.

Shoot your marketing specalist a email or i believe they still have live chat unless that changed

Usually i post on the support page, and then they get back to me asap, but i never get chat option.
