@jello4794 thhank you , so you mean spending a whole day to set the marketing strategy etc. For one client ?

@wiltshire58 no. Consider the time it takes to work with them on a strategy as a one off payment. Whatever that takes. Might need research etc. Management of their account as a retainer is different. But 99% of the time needs at least 8 hours a month

@wiltshire58 price it up as you see fit for the job. If they have lots of campaigns, ads and social content etc, more hours

Hire a team so you can run the business rather then work in it

@wiltshire58 just work as much as you can at first and then slowly start to outsource. Or if you know how to do joint ventures you can tap into other peoples marketing teams, sales teams, etc on variable or low cost basis allowing you to scale faster even when just starting out. Also if you know people through networking your connections might be able to help you jump start by giving you access to that knowing your trust worthy guy. So those are also some options. Otherwise just grind hard every day till you can outsource slowly and build your team hope this was helpful!

Some clients need a lot in the beginning to get the train up and running’s. Other clients might have a dynamic ad that needs very little attention and just does it’s thing on its own. A lot of people mess with the ads too much and too often just for the sake of touching it. Put enough towards each job that is required and nothing more.
