I’m telling you THEE best. The best VAs and people you will ever find to work with you and join your team are those at networking events. Those you meet through real life connections. Referrals from people you met at events. Trust me those are thee HIGHEST quality. People you’ll ever hire your life. Not Upwork, not indeed, none of that. There’s no such thing as “A” players as people like to refer them to. They become an “A” player based on how you interact and train them and work with and manage them. There are experience and non experienced people sure. But ALL businesses are not a cookie cutter. Everyone runs their business differently. I’m telling you. I promise you. Events is where it’s at for hiring

@gonidium got you. Noticed that you are looking for Social management (pushing out already made posts) and customer service. Can help with both of those, also have a team trained that I recruited from Shopify that can do order fulfilment and product uploads as well.
