Just to confirm.  If my fb page gets under penalty from negative customer feedback score, I can open a new fb page and use the same existing fb ad account, pixel data and audiences on the new fb page right?Just to confirm. Because the customer feedback score only effects the fb page or does it also effect pixel, ad account, etc?

No you cannot. Negative customer feedback score is based on post purchase customer surveys and is meant to keep low quality products off of Facebook. If your customer feedback score is low it means that either a) people are saying what they received was not what was advertised, b) the quality was terrible, or c) they didn’t get it in the time frame they were told they would. It’s a red flag to fix these things in your business before they shut down your ad account. You don’t get a 1. 5 customer feedback score unless you’re offering a bad customer experience. You likely already know what the problem is. If you have a 1. 5 customer feedback score you’re probably already getting a bunch of customer complaints via email and messenger. Good news is if you get your shit together your score can increase very quickly as positive customer surveys start coming in.

@pig376 Are you assuming or is this answer coming out of your past experiences?!

@yulandayule experience! I would never speculate. I’ve had two clients dip down to 1. 5 and get back to 4.
