One of my clients has given me accessibility descriptions so that visually impaired people can know what's in the ad photos. Does facebook have a field where we can enter these descriptions? Or will it go in the caption copy?

I would imagine if they are visually impaired, they wouldn't able to read the closed captioning. I have never dealt with this issue specifically, so I am curious as well.

Usually visually impaired people work on softwares that read stuff out for them. I just want to understand if facebook has a separate section to enter them so that only the visually impaired have access to it. or will it have to be in the copy so that they are visible to all users?

Is this for your landing page, if so, it should be ADA compliant with proper aria -tags. That is what most clients want.
