What’s your guys best way for tracking phone calls? I see a search of the group but many post are older and they mostly use callrail. We currently use callrail. Any other new platforms you love and why? We like callrail because it integrates with Google analytics and Facebook ads. We don’t like it because you need a higher volume of calls for it to pull into the platform. We also see it disconnect from time to time. Are there other options? I’m aware of tracking click to call with GTM. This only takes care of mobile calls though. Technically only if they click, not place the actual call. It’s a good backup when you can’t convince someone of true call tracking.
