Lets say you have two websites for same business/ecommerce store. The main site (url 1) and a landing page (url 2). Would you use the same facebook pixel for both or two different pixels?

Yes! But try to create custom conversions and work from there with re-targeting etc.

Didn't understand your answer. Yes to using the same FB pixel for both sites?

If it’s a big business (6 figures per month), always use back-up pixel.

Could do it either way, but I’d probably go same pixel with different custom Events activated by each separate page for tracking.

Yes, same pixel, but create custom conversion events for each site from product view to purchase.

Same pixel. I would create customer conversions on the landing page. Make sure you add in values for the custom conversions.
