I wouldn't buy it. You have no idea where those contact details came from and the lead quality will probably be very low. I think they have just scraped some business directory.

Pretty easy list to make. They aren't leads though that's just a list. Also not the kind of cleints you want.

If those websites dont have a pixel: 1) they dont need one or 2) they dont know why its necessary
