Late in the day and FB will blow your daily budget on junk clicks. Also depends if you are running < 7 days then take weekends into consideration if you want them included or not Otherwise, in my opinion it doesn’t matter much.  
The Facebook Ads Group is where you can always find questions, answers, advice, reviews & recommendations from other community members about running Facebook and Instagram advertising and marketing campaigns.
