How long does it usually take for retargetting and custom audience adsets to start spending? I've only spent like $30 on cold ads and generated 17 landing page visits, and have retargetting up for people that visited lander but didn't opt-in but not spending yet. Just wanted to know if this was normal, and if I should expect the retargetting ads to start spending after 100+ LP visits. Thank you all!
