Hey guys, does anyone have a contact at FB or how we can reach out to them? My client's business manager got shut down, and it has affected my personal account from advertising on any accounts I now manage (including active ones and my own business manager) and I'm trying to get that reinstated. I just found out that if a personal account has several ad accounts that have been shut down, they also can get penalized even if they weren't the person who created the ads. Any ideas?! Thanks!

Ugh this is so hard when this happens. I actually removed myself from everyone’s account for this exact reason. This happened to Drew Canole from an agency he did business with 10 years ago they shut down his account and he was spending 100’s of thousands a month.

My one client got 5 ad accoutns shut down mostly due to inactivity and i thnk its what made mine restricted now

The worst part is i cant add a new admin to my ad account now bc im restricted - even though my ad accoutn is active

@jodiejodo3855 you can actually remove yourself. Go to business settings, then when you’re in the part where you see people / pages etc at the bottom if you on the left where it says “business info” it will say “remove yourself from x biz”

The prob is i am the only admin so i wouldnt be able to add anyone else even if i remove myself - since i cant perform any actions
