Question

Hi Guys, I am new to this page and have done a little search but cant find the answer I am looking for, perhaps someone can help? A new client has given me access to their business manager, there are multiple pages within their account, I was able to successfully add an ad account for one of the pages but I am now trying to create the add account for a second page but when I go into business setting and ad accounts and click 'add' its not giving me the option to 'create new account'? it is only giving me the option of 'request access to an ad account'? Why can I not add another ad account? Am I missing something here?

Your account creation limit is probably 1. Run traffic on first account, ask chat to get you more accounts.

Make sure they’re clean when you do

Use 1 account - it's been a few years on account limit as 1 for low or no spend new accounts.
