Has anyone done extensive testing on shipping cost affect on conversion and AOV? Our shipping break even is $5-10. We’ve recently implemented $100+ orders get free shipping, below that it’s $10 standard shipping. Seems like AOV has increased, and my hunch so far is conversion hasn’t been affected. We have three product price points - $60, $100 and $130. Seems like people are happy to buy the two higher price points to get free shipping at this stage. So just wondering if anyone else has experimented with this? Is increase in AOV worth the potential drop off in conversion?
