Don't be tempted. Honestly, as someone whose been through a few agencies and spent a few mill, you're best off doing it yourself. Get REALLY good at doing it yourself for a few years, 'cause nobody will put the same love and attention into it you can, and then when you do finally hire an agency, find someone BETTER than you and their job will be to beat your best scores. You can then confidently audit their work on a daily/hourly basis, hell as much as you freakin want. But. You'll never know who is better than you until you've done it a while. I had a guy, who I poached from FB (he was my rep) burn 10k of my cash in a few hours because he set the automation wrong. Its not their money, they won't care the way you do. If your business fails, they move onto the next client, but you can't even feed your kids. If you make a costly mistake, it burns a like a brand into the core of your being and you NEVER make it again, if they make a mistake, they'll cover it up and you'll never even know. If you're new to this game, focus ALL of your attention on becoming the best marketer there is. Businesses live and die by cashflow and marketing is the tap. YOUR hand should be the one on the tap.
