How To Remove Facebook Daily Spend Cap On a New Account? I have client with a big testing budget ($50, 000k/month) and we're stuck being able to only spend $233/day on a new account (been advertising for 2 weeks with this same limit)  Is there any solution that gets rid of the spend cap or do you just have to wait?  Thanks :)

I always wonder at people who land a client willing to spend that much, a reasonable sum, and who's first stop when they have a problem is to ask the group instead of Facebook support.

Because not everyone knows how to contact FB support and if you do good luck getting a real answer.

@fee648 to this day i have not found a way to contact support other than report this page

Especially when they're a Chief Ad Wizard. Sadly, I'm only a Vice Ad Ninja. But I'll get there.

@uranyl Right here buddy.  Only exclusions of this are usually smaller countries or zones where support is dependent on time zones or too little spend.

I chat with FB support a lot. Don't think I'll tell you how so my wait time doesn't increase, but it's there!

@fenn i don’t have the chat

If I recall correctly, someone already posted a thread in this group with links to Facebook’s chat support lmao

@pyle1712  try going through this page. It's where opening a chat with this facebook page leads you: https://www. facebook. com/facebookadsupport/

We're usually going through our FMP Portal, but that's what I've used before

@fenn these are help articles. Not Facebook support

@fenn there's no chat function from where I'm at.

This in your picture never appears for me

@uranyl it can appear and reappear depending on how you use their tools. I had a time where i did less ads and it would take around half a year to come back. Other than that you could hit up an FMP licensed Agency in your country, ask them to contact fb to you and maybe unlock the feature. But I did it for a client once and was told it was based on certain factors and checkboxes that need to be met.

Ask support for an increase. We went from $250 a day to $50k a day in about 6 weeks just by asking for increases every week.
by (510 points)
Did you do that through support chat or some other method? I don't have support chat anymore

@pyle1712 That’s who I contacted for this. Are you FB marketing partner? Might want to try that route.
by (510 points)
@marseillaise ok I’ll try that. Thanks!
