I am so Done with facebook ads for every 500$ I spend I get banned for unacceptable business practices 3rd time that has happened I am about to flip out, like we are a startup SaaS for eCommerce, what do I do? Am I better off switching to Google Ads give the account to an agency? Or sleep it off till they review my stuff?

My appeals havent been answered over a week they are pilling up, and yes the product is super legit, I have a badge of Capterra on my landing page, and it states that user gets free trial its so weird.

@passionless67 how aggressive is the ad itself?

I've seen a lot more of these suspensions recently, looks like a stricter algo was implemented during COVID, even on accounts that hadn't changed as far as campaigns being run still getting flagged for that. It should get better eventually, have your appeals all been denied?

If the product is legit it’s all in what your saying in the ad. Don’t get to aggressive

Is there any possibility that there’s some sort of calculation on your business pages, personal profiles, FB friends list, and a whole other set of context that you’re scored on before your ad/ad account is even judged?

@ader748 Thanksgart yes thats my call, I think its due to the fact that I have 2 accounts which is normal since I have one with family and friends and other for business and connections

What does the SaaS sell/do? How are you stating the benefits?
by (510 points)
@englishman6819 its exactly like Clickfunnels but u can build websites and have RSS feeds alongside funnels I followed the google guidelines to the letter for my landing page big call to action in the middle pushing the free trial

@passionless67 ahhhh gotcha. So. are you selling it as make more money, start a business etc? If so, those ads are definitely more likely to give you issues.

@englishman6819 here is a perfect example picturing my situation

@passionless67 one issue I can see with this ad is you’re staying it’s free in the copy, but it’s not. It’s a free trial. Facebook would consider that misleading.

Your website reached it's limit and gives a HARD , I mean FREAKING HARD 403 error. It aint giving a nice 200 response code. So definitely, FB is gonna flag your site as problematic. And shortly, Google will do the same.
