If it’s a video ad, set the thumbnail as of something that’s not a glove. Don’t use the word glove in the ad copy. Make multiple ads, instead of relying on one for approval. If using image ads or carousel, don’t use the image of a glove.

Yeah dude not a good idea. FB is handing out perma bans. Cuz ya know. Not the greatest to have people profiting of a plague.
