I create product sets and in the Ad itself we paste in a full UTM tag under URL parameters. The product images in the catalogue link to their respective generic product pages but when clicks are made in the Ad they are not given the utm-parameters by FB. Has anyone else seen this or know why it occurs? ROI looks quite bad even though pixel conversions are really strong and CTR's of 3%.
