I would be running an abandoned cart email flow. Setting up some MOF retargeting for the content view, and BOF retargeting for the atc & c/o initiated . I would also be doing a test transaction to ensure nothing is broken or there isn’t any friction that may have caused them to drop off. Perhaps a shockingly high shipping price, or slow load time, or no trust badge, etc.

@apocrypha that’s very helpful, thank you!

I wouldnt separate MOF and BOF with such a low spend, audience sizes will be too small. Just do one campaign for retargeting.

@apocrypha agree with all the above. @checkers78 is your add or product page misleading? Are you tricking them into an add to cart? Is the price visible? Are you using conversion purchase optimisation?

@barncard one campaign and 2 ad sets? CBO maybe?

At such spend I wouldnt even separate different events, just do 1 adset all site visitors, 1 adset engagers/video viewers

What he said ^^ And also, definitely test the purchase conversion optimization campaign. Regardless how high budgets are on our campaigns or how new the pixel is we almost always set up with this objective.

Yep setup for purchase conversion, that should give you different results. Personally, I wouldn't recommend doing any ATC retargeting now, because if it doesn't get you atleast 1-2x return on your broad campaign, you are missing out on a lot of high scale.

Your cost per content view is $2?

I guess? Is that bad?
