Is it possible to apply Automatic Discounts using specific URL-Parameters. Using Shopify, are there any apps for this? Example: Only users coming from ads with a specific URL-Parameter will have their discount automatically applied on the landing page, preferably showing the before and after price live on the landing page.

No but there are other means maybe google optimize or the paid version or whatever internet provider you have may be able to a/b test landing pages, inherently an even split between however many ones you are doing. You could also have a dynamic piece of code on the page that's pulling and replacing from the url. But at that point the easiest solution is to just do thorough breakouts of landing pages
