Hi all, I wanted to compare some notes with you on best practices for being cautious to avoid Facebook ad account bans. I'm doing a detailed ad audit for a health supplement company. Ad accounts that run supplement ads are, in my experience, banned (or run into rule violations) more often than many other types of ads. For this particular company, which operates multiple websites as distinct entities, I made a few recommendations: Run completely clean ads that follow all rules. (Almost goes without saying, but I'll say it! ) Run separate business managers for separate websites. This creates a layer of caution and redundancy in case of trouble. Run 2 different ad accounts, within each business manager, for cold and warm audience ads. (Cold traffic ads run into trouble more often in my experience. ) Use distinct payment methods (credit cards) for all of the above. Anyone use similar guidelines, or have experience optimizing accounts for redundancy and caution against account bans? I found these rules to be useful *even when a company is following 100% of Facebook's rules*, as account suspensions can happen accidentally, even on clean accounts. I'm curious what your thoughts around best practices here are, thanks!
