Hi !  I am creating ads campaign right now( the 1st one for the new store ), but the problem is that only "view content " is an active event.Hi ! It wont be active until someone takes that action on your website. You can still select inactive events.

That means there has been No events triggered on those That are red. You can still choose a red One and it Will turn green as soon as the pixel fires on those events. My suggestion is That You place a test order first, to see if the pixel is working as it should. Or Use pixel helper extension. Facebook still knows What to look for.

Just make a test order on your website and all other events will be active:)

You can set up events using your event set up tool, requires no coding on the website. Go to your business settings, click on Events Manager.

Use Facebook Pixel Helper (chrome extension) to see if the pixel fires properly on add to cart, initiate checkout, etc. If it is, you just need to start sending traffic and optimize for Add to Cart first (until you have enough purchases to optimize for purchases)
