Hey everyone, what are your thoughts on layering in interest targeting on a Look-Alike Audience? Yay or Nay?

Because you already have a lookalike audience that's been made to look like your source audience. Why would you want to restrict it? If you're that confident in your interest targeting, then you wouldn't need a lookalike?
