Anyone know how to set up a shop on a FB page outside US ? I have the shop tab, but if I go to try and add it directs me to commerce manager and say not available outside US.

Tried a VPN to the country you are interested in? Then use a different browser. If Chrome is your normal one, configure Firefox to delete cookies when you close it, then close and reopen it, then set up a new personal account, and new biz page.
