I wrote a whole article on this topic, granted it's going over the KPI's of a 6 figure website but they still apply to larger websites. Here are my KPI's in a nutshell: Net Profit History Propriety Branding Automation (clean financials would be another one) You can view the post here:

ROAS, LTV:CAC, time between first and second purchase, with all three targets set within your cash flow capabilities.
