Say I send an email campaign to everyone in a company (3k emails). Would I get in trouble? Lol Keller Williams as an example

Depends on how you got the emails, but check the can spam act. It's hard to claim damages from an email so not likely you'll be sued. But if you got the emails from any kind of data breach or something illegal. You could definitely get punitive damages in a lawsuit.

But make sure to do it from a domain you don't care about because it will likely never deliver to anything besides q junk folder again.

But just don't do this honestly, make a custom audience and target them with ads. Not likely you'll get any business from the email

There are actually laws, I assume they have been scraped because it's very unlikely that a whole office would all opt in. But if you don't want to have issues slowly drip 50 at a time

@submariner what does you do for outreach? Platforms and such. Do you run ads for your agency for optins?

@congressional i dont have an agency, ive just been through a lot in relation to eCommerce and tried a lot of strats that were bad hahaha. IMO paid advertisement is always the way to go, I hear a lot of people talk about SEO but i think SEO is just getting harder and taking longer to propagate. with PPC you can scale better and have real metrics to measure against.
The Facebook Ads Group is where you can always find questions, answers, advice, reviews & recommendations from other community members about running Facebook and Instagram advertising and marketing campaigns.
