Hubspot is great. A lot of dentists and cosmetic medicine practices seem to use it. It works great and integrates with Zapier. We have a lawyer client that uses Salesforce, but they are a massive law firm. I think Hubspot is good choice for SMBs.

Ontraport. Best platform to manage leads and more importantly track ads.

ZohoOne! Nothing is even close to being as good. It's like getting Salesforce, Hubspot, DropBox, GotoMeeting, ZenDesk, Constant Contact Quickbooks, GSuite, Keeper, and about twenty other business software products for 1/2 price of any one.

Are you an agency wanted this for multiple clients, we’ve just changed all of our clients over and it’s awesome but only only available to agencies to resell. @

+1 for activecampaign. The only reason I wouldn't use it is if you have a data intensive client. In that case, infusionsoft or salesforce are the way to go.

Personally I like Zoho because you can program it to do whatever you need. It helps with follow up if you set up texting and email.
