I would have an alignment meeting to look at what services they can offer and pivot towards these. Do they sell products when people visit then let’s get them on sale Get gift cards out as a way of generating revenue Start making sure your client is talking about consumer safety and making sure that they are the ones setting standards for cleaning etc Nothing like pacifying nervous people and then leaving the competition behind

@mercado no probs fella - that’s just some of the basics I would look at - a deep convo with your client will expose more ops They won’t close if your there supporting them Also local SEO is going to be HUGE fella. this is the same pattern as the recession of 2008 looking at statistical data - get a local SEO strategy in place Use their data to build out customer persona info and you can crush the social marketing

Discounted gift cards, prepaid discounted services with priority booking, curb side pickup of product and merchandise . sales that are weekly. People are really liking that.

Gyms are selling online classes or equipment to workout at home. Wine and cheese tastings are now delivering and doing the wine tasting over a webinar. Maybe your spa can sell some products to do some relaxation kit to do self spa sessions at home or something around that
