Question

Question: I had campaigns running smoothly and this morning at 4:23am they suddenly got turned off (rejected) for a "non-compliant landing page", even though my landing page meets all the guidelines. Has anyone else ever had this happen?

I have a feeling Facebook is making adjustments to their approval algorithm. We've noticed a huge influx in random ad disapprovals. Most don't make any sense. I would request for it to be reviewed or contact support.

Thanks! I requested the reapproval but it got auto-rejected again. I'm assuming it never got to a human being unfortunately and just hit their screening mechanism

@menton I'm getting the same. Just had 32 ads - my entire campaign - disapproved with that error message. I've been getting occasional disapprovals over the last week, and they've been approved after I requested a review. But today Facebook decided to disapprove everything. Even worse, the first reviews are coming back and confirming the disapproval. I'm confident there is nothing wrong with the page, so this is frustrating indeed.

We are getting the same disapproval message about landing page compliance and have been using the same creative and landing page for 6 months with no issue. Contact support they have told us it is a error and we’ve only had one disapproval since we spoke to them.
