I'm having a brain fart, I'm sure it's something simple. A client set me up on their Business and Ads Managers. I created the ads. I can see the ads they've created in the past (before me), as well as what I've done recently. But they can't see the info for the ad I created. What setting are we missing?

Have you submitted the ad so that it saves and for review but turn it off so it doesn't run until you want it to?

Have you checked the filters or search box?

The ad is running as it should. But the client contacted me and said he can't see any of the work I've done - he'd like to be seeing the ad performance. I can see everything without any issues, so I'm not sure how to guide him.

@ruffle1105 I don’t believe they can see the work unless you work with their logins. Linking the BM’s only links the credit like, not the dashboard - to my understanding.

@flanigan I wondered about that, thanks. Just seems odd that I can see ads that his company did in the past, before he hired me, yet he can't see what I'm contributing.

@ruffle1105 That’s true! I do stand to be corrected

Or, while your BM’s are connected I think you can see theirs from their ad account but if you switch back to your ad account their stuff will “disappear”?

Try to share screen, so he can see it with some video call.

Did you "publish" the ads? if not, it will only be visible to you but not to the other users

@segalman84 yes, the ad has been running for days.

@ruffle1105 see if you and client both are looking at the same ad account (maybe get on a screen share and check). Mostly likely the client is looking at a different ad account. if the ad account the client is looking at is correct maybe some filter has been added restricting the campaign view. You probably should ask the customer to clear all filters last option, this may sound crazy but ask the client to clear cache and check, else use a different browser. As bizarre as this may sound actually this works at times

Sounds like Clientside problem I’d use  So you can check for yourself. Saved my sanity over the years - more with Google Ads clients

Make sure he puts the right date range (tell him to put something like 1 march to today to be sure)
