If you have a good performing CBO with 3 adsets, do you add new creatives to the current performing adsets or duplicate adsets and add new creatives to them? I don‘t want to mess up the optimization. Campaign is running for 2 months now without changing anything.

If it's performingwe wouldn't touch it. Just duplicate it and do whatever you want on the duplicate.
