Looks like it’s burned with the sun

Maybe you're over watering it? I find that house plants usually don't like a lot of watering maybe, once or twice a week tops. I would cut back the areas that are browned and leave in a shady spot, with partial sun

Over watering. Check it’s roots aren’t rotting. Need to drain excess water

Overwatering plants is generally a bad idea. Especially indoors. What you should do is only once a week, water in a sink or outdoors, let it drain then put back.

I have the same plant and same problem. I was over watering. turns out they only need a small drink every now and then and also seen to thrive in areas with high humidity (bathroom) mines doing much better now. Also the plant deffo needs a bigger pot.
