Hi all!  Looking for a bit of advice for my front garden.Hi all! Looking for a bit of advice for my front garden. it looks a bit boring and I'd like to make it look more mature - any ideas on what I could change or plant to improve the look of it? I was thinking for maybe a bit of height variation, like maybe another one or two small trees? I'm in Ireland in a seaside town so I get a fair amount of rain and a good sea breeze - the front garden is East facing Thanks guys

Try and make it tropical. Lots of colour, and a cpl of palms

Cherry tree. Red Robin. Shrubs. Lilac tree. Hebe. Cotoneaster. Hardy fuschias do well in Ireland. Acer's? Skimmia. Heather's. Rhododendrons are fab in Ireland. I saw a hedge of pampas grass when I lived there. It looked fabulous.

Fruit trees try and put some gravel in ground to help with drainage

Certainly another tree near the entrance pillar to balance the background

Then your next tallest pint is the middle of the lawn so if you look from the window the car or the road every thing from the centre point has multiple fronts. I would then look to plants that like the salty wind- take inspiration from things on the coast but it all doesn’t have to be grey. Texture and form. Grasses are good come in various shades of green black and purple they add sound and movement

Something like this along the fence line would look gorgeous
