So need some advice please. About 3 or 4 months ago I got a second hand shed, but due to the recent heat wave the wood is shrinking I think. Any advice on how to stop it? Or fix it. I have started to fill the gaps with sealant. Thanks!

Looks damaged like the parts that slot into each other have been snapped off

@christi2 wasnt like that when I got it. I just assumed it was the heat doing it

@soileau3 heat shouldn't do that if it was originally built like that . Heat can shrink wood but I presume that shed was built with that wood from factory ? Or have you replaced panels

If it's 2nd hand it could need treating again. The wood may have taken on some moisture and as it's getting warm the wood is shrinking as the moisture content drops. The treatment will feed the wood and also protect for another good length of time.

Could it be settling and dropping?
