Is there a way to have an "agency" dashboard?. so that the client enters their own credit card/billing info, and you run the ads? I hate having THEIR cards on MY account! Thanks!

Their account, their credit card details, add you and then you add link their account to your google management account.

Like @yearbook said, if you have an MCC just send them a short video (Loom or Zoom) I’m adding you as a manager

Yes, it’s called an MCC. Create a login for the client and direct them to log in and update their billing information. Then, may want to change their profile to “standard” from “admin” so they don’t accidentally do something absurd.

NO! Charge clients in advance and use your own cards. The reason should be obvious.

I have never ever seen companies that would allow others to be in charge of their money or account as it can be held hostage. who in their right mind would do so? No matter how small the business is.

I disagree wholeheartedly with this.

@sharpe73 I'm sorry I'm confused. what's the obvious reason?

@bulrush41 I actually run ads for politicians, they always trust me, they always just hand over the card numbers. but I hate having access to that!

@vallo it is not the most trustworthy system. If someone pays an agency the ad spend, who knows how much of it is actually going into ads. If someone puts their own card, they have complete transparency

So you manage Google Ads and have no idea what a MCC account is? OK.

@friedafriedberg no need to be passive here and it’s called Google Ads Manager Account now anyway.

@penicillin Jentzsch Sr. I usually like to help people out, but I really get annoyed with the lack of professionalism I see in this industry.

@friedafriedberg it is not. The lack of professionalism comes from people offering services and they are just beginners!
