Has anyone tried outsourcing parts of the ecommerce business to professional and seen good results? Ex: hire person A to build the funnel Hire person B to run the marketing Obviously both of these ppl would be good at what they do? I'm about to proceed with this and I have about 2k to spend on this funnel. Let me know if anyone can give me some advice for this scenario.

It depends. If you’re hiring someone, make sure they have plenty of experience in your field, not just in e-commerce. I have fired a few agencies because they just don’t get it, every business or field requires expertise in the field, not just technical knowledge or merely know how to set up a funnel.

@uninhibited it depends on what you’re trying to outsource. I can help you find someone if you’re based in the US. I’ll pm you to ask for more info on what you’re looking for so I can pin point you to the right place. I don’t freelance, so I can assure you I’m not promoting myself.

Yes because sometimes you can’t do it all and you can’t do it efficiently. Better to invest in someone who specializes in marketing/ design/ etc

Is this a new business or something you already have up and running?
