Might be a basic question here, but I had an ad running for the first day at a max cpc of $1 for the keyword “lubbock homes for sale” and had 4 clicks on 31 impressions and a quality score of 8/10 which I thought was really good.

So I'm totally frustrated. I just spent hours setting up my campaign and each ad I hover over in the Status column reads, " This keyword is not triggering any ads, because another keyword was found to be a better fit for this query." It doesn't offer any other advice.
