Depends what you’re asking. CAN you bid on it? Sure. You can bid on any trademarked term SHOULD you bid on it? That depends on what you’re selling.

You can certainly bid on trade marked terms. But it may not be cost effective to do so.

You can use any trade name as keywords but don’t include them in your ad. If you are selling a car that competes with Tesla, using that term is a good idea.
