Hey.  a client has had Google Shopping ads for handwash/soap rejected due to them being a sensitive product during the Covid-19 situation.Hey. a client has had Google Shopping ads for handwash/soap rejected due to them being a sensitive product during the Covid-19 situation. The thing is the aren't doing anything different from pre-covid times. They sell beauty products like soaps, handwash, shampoo and facewashes. So just wondered, is there a way around this? i. e. changing the angel/description or is that just how things are at the moment for these products?

If it's a hand sanitizer or similar, it's a no go. A client of mine had thiers pulled. Search ads running well though!

It’s worth requesting a manual review in merchant centre. I have a client selling oxygen machines and nebuliser masks and we had a load disapproved. It’s an automated system. When I requested review in each product many were approved again.

Turns out I got the wrong end of the stick. the reason they were disapproved was due to missing schema. I think I can set this up via google tag manager - or is their a simple solution in Shopify?
