This feels like sucha newbie question but I didnt really have this issue before. Shopping campaigns- I have a store with 1 type of product but many variations. tshirt with different prints and colors. Title + description is optimized and keyword rich Bidding is maximized clicks with 3 campaigns where campaign 1 filters out any searches not including the word t-shirt, tshirt etc. so campaign 2 should still get pretty generic hits. max CPC is high. problem: budget ($35/day) is never even near used up? Ive raised the cpc pretty high ($5) just to try it. But still budget is not being used up. I have almost 100 different tshirts in this store. Bidding is no longer in learning and 3 weeks has passed. What would be the reason?

Arw the search terms you expected to find in there and os it a shared budget. One issue I found was that when I created the first campaign and then copied it to make the low prioirty if the ad groups had the same same the negatives in applied in the medium campaign somehow affected the low campaign.

Hi, you can change the bidding strategy to enhanced CPC and check if the budget is getting used.

@tussle4 That you will need if you want to go for for Maximize Conversion bidding strategy. I suggested enhanced CPC. You can check it once.
