Hi everyone, Could somebody please tell me how to change the transaction reference that shows up on the bank statement to a customised one on Google Ads?

Sorry about that. I mean when the Google Ads transaction show up on the bank statement - it's a series of letters and numbers. Is there a way for me to change it to show a reference of my choice?

(Generally it come with google ads name ) Yes it is not very sure about this. but also depends on country. you can contact to support as well for this. They might be able to help you with this.

@slade64150 I tried calling them, but the call doesn't go through. They redirect to online resources. I know it shows up as Google Ads but there are different company ad account payments coming out of the same bank account. I need to easily differentiate them so I can allocate the correct spend to each company if that makes sense

I can understand you however solution for this will be difficult and google support will not be helpful too due to covid19. trying to get in touch with google support it will take more time these days

@slade64150 the number on your statement is the Google ads account's number. Some banks strip it down some.
