There is a display campaign running at $2/day. However, there is significant discrepancy between what google ads and google analytics are reporting in terms of users, bounce, conversions, etc. What is the reason for this?

Google is scamming money of course  I asked for refund before because of the discrepancies between clicks.

@desai2 we are at Google's mercy if they make up fake clicks they can definitely get away with it.

I had a shared budget of $500 a day. I changed a target cpa for 1 campaign and they more than doubled the spend for 3 days in a row and wouldn’t take responsibility for it.

There will always be some discrepancy between sessions and clicks, but bounce rate for example isn't measured by Google ads, it's imported to Ads from analytics, so not sure why you would see a discrepancy there. Conversion discrepancies can be your attribution mode being different in ads or one of the codes failing to fire occasionally. Finally, if you're concerned about click fraud, try something like clickcease or PPCsecure. Neither are perfect but they will have a measurable effect in reducing your invalid click rate, while clickcease will also submit refund requests directly to Google on your behalf every 2 months (potentially making the tool free). How large are these discrepancies?

Check if you have Gmail as a placement within your campaigns. Apart from a standard discrepancy of 10-20%, Gmail clicks and Gmail clicks to the website have a huge difference.
